Extra loot that you earn from mops will now fall to the ground instead of being destroyed by your pets and summons.

Greetings Lineage players! All Lineage servers will be brought down at 1pm CST / 2pm EST / 7pm GMT for a game update. Estimated downtime is expected to be under two hours.

Patch Notes 12/17:

• Haunted House Manager Duo's dialogue has been updated to correctly reflect how the rewards for the HH work.
  • 1-3 participants will reward the winner with a Bronze Pumpkin of a Brave Man.
  • 4-6 participants will reward the winner with a Silver Pumpkin of a Brave Man.
  • 7-10 participants will reward the winner with a Gold Pumpkin of a Brave Man.
• The profanity filter has been updated.
• On the 4th floor of Lastavard, all text that was in Korean has been translated.
• Several Mac Client fixes have been made:
  • MAC - NPC test will now appear in white, not red.
  • MAC - F1-F3 commands will now work when there is chat in the text window.
  • MAC - Music slider now functions properly.
  • MAC - Spell casting icons had a graphical glitch that has been corrected.

In addition to these changes, today marks the beginning of our double drop rate event! All drop rates have been doubled today! This drop rate change will last until January 7th, so get out there and have fun! On December 24th, polymorphs will start to become available to players of all levels and every few days, more polymorphs will unlock!

Regretting your decision of throwing your ring aside last week, you wander over to shrubs where it landed and begin searching for it. It doesn't take long to find as you quickly see a brilliant glimmer on the ground. You feel strangely empowered as you pick up the precious ring. The reflections off of the ring's stone are powerful and unwavering and you know that this ring will keep you feeling this way until the next moon.

All Lineage servers will be brought down on Tuesday morning at 7:00 am CST / 8:00 am EST / 1:00 pm GMT for maintenance. This is separate from our usually weekly maintenance so please be aware of the extra downtime this week!

The snow is falling and winter has arrived in Aden. We will be having two events to celebrate the holiday season!

The first event will take place from December 17th until January 7th 2009! All Lineage players will enjoy double drop rates during this time! In addition to the bonus drop probabilities, players will also have access to high level polymorphs! Polymorphs will begin unlocking on December 24th and all of them will be unlocked on January 5th!

Our second event will take place from January 28th through February 4th. More details will come on this winter festival at a later date, so mark your calendars ahead of time!

For the last week, your ring has done nothing but irritate your finger. You rip it off of your hand and throw it at a hen that you can see on the other side of the courtyard. Surprisingly, the ring strikes the hen square on the forehead and the bird squawks and waddles away quickly. You can't remember the last time that your aim had been so precise.

Greetings Lineage players! All Lineage servers will be brought down on Wednesday, December 3rd at 1pm CST / 2pm EST / 7pm GMT for our weekly maintenance. We hope you all enjoyed the Fall Festival which will come to its conclusion at this time!

During the maintenance period, the following things will occur:

• All Pumpkin Armor and Pumpkin Swords that are less than +8 will be removed.
• All Pumpkin Hats will be removed.
• All Festival pumpkins that are not opened will be removed.
• Pumpkin Swords and Pumpkin Armor that are +8 or better will become tradeable and storable.

Please be sure to open all of your pumpkins and do all of your enchanting before this time or your items will be forever lost!

Finishing off the last of the evil birds, you feel a sense of relief that you have rescued Aden from the evil takeover of Lord Turkey Rex. You lift your arm to wipe the sweat off of your brow only to find that you can barely lift your arm. Are you really that tired or is something else weighing you down?

Greetings Lineage players! All Lineage servers will be coming down at 1pm CST / 2pm EST / 7pm GMT for our regularly scheduled server maintenance. Downtime will be approximately 1 hour.

During this time, we will be making the following changes:

• Unlocking polymorphs over level 52.
• Increasing drop rate for event hens, scarecrows, and turkey lords.

That blasted bird that damaged your ring last week is back! You see him darting towards you and you quickly attempt to put your ring into your pocket to protect it. He is too quick for you and he snatches the ring out of your hands and makes a beeline for the forest edge. You begin to run after him but quickly lose ground as he escapes into the protection of the trees.

We have been listening to a great deal of feedback surrounding the Fall Festival and have some changes that will occur during our maintenance period on Wednesday.

Based on your feedback, we have decided to go ahead and make Pumpkin Armor and Pumpkin Swords tradeable at the end of the event. They will not become tradeable until after the event. The +8 or better rule still applies, all Pumpkin items below +8 will still be removed at the end of the event.

Since we realize that some of you may have blown your items without knowing this change, we are going to be making two other changes. We are extending the event until Wednesday, December 3rd during our normal maintenance time. You will have an extra two days to hunt down Lord Turkey Rex and his minions. In addition to lengthening the event, we will be increasing the pumpkin seed drop rate for all event mobs.

We hope that these changes to the Fall Festival will make the event even more fun for everyone!

Hi folks! We've done an update on the boards that will allow all newer users to be able to use the email capabilities of the boards such as notifications and thread subscriptions.

If you registered on the boards this year, you will want to go and put an email address in your profile so that you can use these features if you choose!

This email address does NOT have to be related to your playNC account. The same applies for prior members as well, you may use another email address if you wish.

Greetings Lineage players! All Lineage servers will be brought down at 1pm CST / 2pm EST / 7pm GMT for our regularly scheduled server maintenance. During this period, we will <crash!> *screams* <thud> Help me! Gobble, gobble, gobble! Run while you still can!!

In the distance you see a large cloud of black smoke beginning to cover the sky. You look down and see a small brown bird with a wild look in his eyes grabbing at your ring and trying to tear it off of your hand. Before you are able to yank your hand away, the bird tears a stone off the ring and swallows it, clucking almost evilly as he does.

The turkeys....they are...you need to get out of here and save Aden! Stop them before they destroy our land like they did to Pumpkin Village!

One year ago, tragedy befell a small Pumpkin Village. The village was preparing to celebrate their annual Fall Festival when they heard a huge explosion! Thick black smoke covered the small village and there were ominous black clouds in the sky. This event marked the beginning of the destruction of Pumpkin Village by an evil turkey lord and his minions. Now the turkey lord has Aden on his mind and he is headed to our lands to try and take it over!

You will need to help stop the turkey lord’s evil plans by destroying him and his henchmen before they can take over Aden! You will be rewarded for your efforts and can collect pumpkin seeds from killing the henchmen which can be turned in for Bronze, Silver, or Gold pumpkins! Opening a pumpkin will give you one of many rewards.

Gold pumpkins can contain Pumpkin Armor or a Pumpkin Sword among other nice prizes. These two items are very special! They both can be safely enchanted to +6. These items will vanish forever once the turkey lord and his minions have been vanquished so in order to safely keep them, you must get them enchanted to at least +8. Silver pumpkins can contain a Pumpkin Hat which can morph you into a scarecrow! This hat will also not stick around like the other pumpkin items but it can create pumpkin pie that will last! Bronze pumpkins will have several consumable prizes inside. Be sure to collect as many pumpkin seeds as you can since the fancier pumpkins will cost more seeds! In addition to seeds, the minions will have foods from the harvest that they stole from Pumpkin Village. These foods will be quite delicious indeed!

Greetings Lineage players! The servers will be brought down at 1:00 pm CST / 2:00 pm EST / 7 pm GMT on Wednesday, November 12th for our regularly scheduled maintenance.

During this time, there will be an experience restore for two disconnects that occurred last week. In addition, the following patch notes will be applied:

• NPCs Kusan and Datu have been removed.
• Pet match time restrictions have been removed.
• LoA item names have been fixed and will not display question marks anymore.
• Storage space has been increased to 150.

Your ring catches the light of the sun and reflects a curious new pattern onto the ground.

A few changes have been made to the message boards.

• Increased Private Messages limit significantly.
• Removed the ability of users to give negative reputation to others. You may now only give positive reputation.
• Enabled the Calendar. Events posted by users will have to be approved first.
• Updated background image to reduce it in size. More skin adjustments to come.
