Nope, wasn't my idea. I do not even think it is needed. I think no exp loss will bring people to sieges with or without taxes.
I will be spending more in taxes in 5minutes then most people would in weeks of raised taxes. High taxes will hurt me far more then most people. I am expecting to spend upwards of 10mil in taxes the first day of new content... It isn't one of Linstyles castles that will get that tax money either.
Thank you for the credit though. Thank you for thinking that one person could control a server. Thank you for claiming that one persons actions are enough to ruin an entire server and chase away the population. Thank you for claiming that one person controls whether or not people even log into the game. (For the record, none of that is true.)
So thanks for the ego boost over something that wasn't even my idea. I will be happy to take the credit though, since everyone wants to give it to me.
Every castle LinStyle owns makes approximately 1.5million adena in tax revenue COMBINED per WEEK. A lot of which goes into repairing gates and guards. That amount wouldn't even cover the cost of consumables I spend in a week.
Everyone had plenty of time to stock up. It should catch no one off guard.
One castle stands to gain actual usable profit from this tax idea. LinStyle doesnt own that castle. Kudos to them for a brilliant move, I wish I had thought of it. I will show up to defend their right to keep the taxes set to whatever they want.
Don't want to siege? Don't want to be effected by taxes? Want to continue your game play as if nothing else was happening? There is a shop in Aden that is not affected by taxes. It is bookmarkable. Problem solved.

If you guys fought together as well as you cried together, you wouldn't have this problem.
I guess everyones parents raised them to complain about something you don't like... instead of going out and changing it.
