Fickering Chat Window

Description:
Certain polymorph options, such as Ghast, may cause the Chat Window to flicker.

Status:
NC Interactive have acknowledged this issue and are currently working towards a resolution.


Hyperlink Alignment

Description:
Alignment of hyperlinked text requires the user to click above the links in interface windows.

Status:
NC Interactive have acknowledged this issue and are currently working towards a resolution.


Level 51+ Stat Bonus Issue

Description:
When adding a bonus stat at level 51+ nothing happens. This is because the dialog box is missing.

Status:
NC Interactive have acknowledged this issue and are currently working towards a resolution.

Work-around
After selecting the stat to add, type "Y" and press enter. Your bonus stat will be added.


Pets and Summons are not receiving drops

Description:
Pets, Summons and Tames are not receiving drops from monsters. Additionally the range at which drops are distributed to the player is too short.

Status:
NC Interactive have acknowledged this issue and are currently working towards a resolution.

Additional:
This fix requires special modification to the Lineage Servers for the US customer-base. This solution is being prepared in Korea.

Updates:
A fix for this issue has been deployed to the Public Korean Test Servers

NC Interactive, Austin have received fixes and are currently testing them internally for suitability on the US platform.

The final fix for this issue is scheduled to go live on Wednesday 22nd September 2004

Please report any connectivity or latency issues you are experiencing using the above method first. I have found a bug/error in the game; how do I report it?

Please report any bugs or errors found in-game using the above method first. Once reported, please feel free to discuss the issue on the boards, but please understand that we do not gather bug reports from the forums, but do so instead from the above submitted tickets.

I think I’ve found an exploit in the game; how do I report it?

Please report any possible exploits in the game using the above method first, and do not share such information with other players either in-game, on the boards, elsewhere, or take advantage of the exploit yourself, as all of those actions are in violation of the Terms of Service and can result in the suspension or termination of your Lineage account.

I suspect someone is violating the Lineage Terms of Service; how do I report it?

· Character Name(s) Involved
· Approximate Time(s)/Date(s) of Incident

Please report any possible violations in the game using the above method first, keeping in mind that contacting an in-game monitor should not be considered to be a replacement for making an official report to our Support/Account Admin Teams. Additionally, you are welcome to discuss what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior in Lineage on the boards, but we ask that you do so in general terms and leave specific names of players and pledges out of the discussion, as using the boards to accuse others of violating the rules of Lineage is inappropriate posting behavior and will result in the names being edited and possibly in the thread being closed and/or removed.

I have questions about a disciplinary action taken on my account; how do I ask these questions?

Disciplinary actions will only be discussed with the owner of the account in question, and only discussed via the Support system.

Our Account Admin Team does not regularly review or post in the forums, and CaptSturm and Kyzah are not members of the Support or Account Admin Teams, so all questions of this nature should be directed to the Account Admin group via the Support Tool.

I have a suggestion for something I’d like to see implemented in the game; how do I make a suggestion?

Using the above format is most helpful to Capt and I, as this is the format we use when submitting concepts to the Korean Development Team for consideration. Generally, suggestions submitted to the Support Team will be responded to with a request to post your ideas in the forums.
