Hi, iam new please help me

Hi guys!
Sorry my english very bad but i give my best.
I have a problem with the payment i dont can good english only speak german and so i dont understand 7 days free and than i need to pay???!?? or i dont need and need i a cd ? or can i download the game only without lineage cd? so many question i dont know i dont find a german lineage page so i only need to talk here please help me
