Mineral Document

what the heck is a mineral document for, do and how do i get one?

sorry but i got back after a long 6 months of fixing my computer so i could play lineage again. argh stupid updates and dumb support people. "okay it should work now" but you told me that 1,458 times all ready. needs to kick butt, i had to get my xp totally reinstalled after i f-disk it.

I believe it is a quest item

I heard it is dropped by mops around the Diad area.
