The following news article was released this afternoon by NCsoft regarding future accounts management of Lineage I.
PlayNC, our central website to access all North American NCsoft games, is where you establish a Master Account to play our games, soon to include Lineage I -- a way to manage all of your NCsoft game subscriptions through one streamlined interface. In preparation for this integration, we ask that all Lineage I customers please take a moment to update their contact information via Account Management in order to receive further instructions on the Lineage I/PlayNC incorporation process.
For each individual Lineage I account, please complete the following steps to update your contact information:
1. Login to the Account Management section of the website using your Lineage I account name and password.
2. Click on the link named “UPDATE ADDRESSES & CONTACT INFO”.
3. Confirm that the addresses listed in the billing, e-mail, and shipping sections are correct and up-to-date; if not, make any necessary revisions and click the “UPDATE” button.
Additional details on the integration process will be announced on Monday, August 15th.
