Not sure who posted this on the lineage boards...but it's not true. I contacted my bank to try and retrieve the last 4 digits of my credit card which was stolen about 1 year ago...and they told me that it did not show in their systems and was no longer on file. I called them twice just to be sure it wasn't a mistake. NC really needs to find a better way to verify a users account. They lost many loyal paying customers because of this, me included.
