In ancient times, deep beneath the earth, in an empty area carved out by a waterway, the ancient giants disappeared. When the dwarven civilization was forming, it was assumed to be a rather pretty place. Also, various relics of the 4 great elements were discovered by the elven ancestors of the dark elves' who found traces of whatever tests/experiments performed in this place. Not long after, in the ancient times, strong, adventurous elves went to visit the grave of the ancient giants and told the rest of the world that location's name.
The Earth-Depths Lake is also referred to as the Lake of the Abyss.
1. The Grave of Spirits is a special hunting ground where spirits of the 4 great elements (water, wind, earth, fire) spawn.
2. To the west side of the Earth-Depths Lake lies the Underground Great Cavern, and to the east side is the Grave of Spirits.
3. By speaking with the 'Orb of Spirit' in the northeastern area of the Grave of Spirits, one may go to 'Pirate Island' and 'Earth-Depths Lake'.
