Hello. I most humbly apologize for my ignorance, but I've been having a bit of trouble with my account at Lineage. I'd really like to deactivate it, and I'm having a couple of problems doing so...
My first question is: serial codes for Lineage I are free, right? I clicked on "purchase codes" for the game, but it just gave me a code right away. It said "Free Code," so I don't have to pay anything, right?
Unfortunately, though, I'm kind of dissastisfied with my account and would like to get another one. First, I wish to delete this one, however. The site states that "log into your PlayNC Master Account, and click the DEACTIVATE button next to your Lineage Game Account." However, I haven't even activated my Lineage account yet--I don't wish to click the little button that says "Activate." Is there any way to delete the master account as a whole?

im highly curious as to why you are disatisfied with your acct if you have not activated it yet? have u played any game yet? prolly no way to delete it just make a new one or just leave the lin acct there inactive. you wont get charged for any inactivity. there is prolly a way to delete it but i see no reason to.

I am not sure why you are dissatisfied with your new, unused Lineage I account?
If it is not yet activated, none of your characters/servers have been set anyway... Unless you don't like the acccount name, which is never used for anything other than logging in anyway.
Either way, you should contact support@lineage.com for help with this.

I dont think you can ever delete an account anyway. As long as reaccuring charges are not on you have nothing to worry about.
Just sign up for a brand new account and forget your other one ever
existed...
