Lineage I account creation and management has been integrated into PlayNC -- our central website to access all North American NCsoft games and manage your NCsoft game subscriptions through one streamlined interface, the PlayNC Master Account. With this integration, all new Lineage I accounts must be created via your PlayNC Master Account, and all existing Lineage I accounts must be transferred to PlayNC in order to continue billing; accounts can be transferred through a unique serial code linked to each account.
Initial disbursement of integration serial codes took place via e-mail in September 2005; for those unable to access this information, serial codes can now be retrieved via our Lineage PlayNC Serial Code Retrieval page. Sign in using your Lineage I game account name and password to retrieve your serial code and further instructions on how to create a new PlayNC Master Account (or manage your existing PlayNC account) and how to transfer your Lineage I account information into our PlayNC system.
Please Note! Each serial code is unique to its corresponding Lineage I account; you will be unable to use the same serial code on multiple accounts or substitute one serial code for another.
