Soooo Fed Up

I simply cant believe the garbage NC has put me through during this event! I renewed my Account before the event and when i got home noticed i had no gift bags in my inventory, possibly an oversight. I then emailed support with my account activated email forwarded to them. Here is what it said:

Ok no problem, but heres the kicker, after 3 days of email pingpong here is the end result:

Hello,

Thank you for your patience. Upon reviewing the account activity for your Lineage account we found that your account was not activated prior to the maintenance period. Your account was activate at 1:45 PM on December 21st, 2005. All active account characters that were created prior to the maintenance period on December 21st at 1:00 PM CST will have the event pouch in their inventory. All characters created after as well as all account reactivated after the maintenance period on December 21st at 1:00 PM CST will not receive the items and will not have the items restored to them. Thank you

So here is the question, if the conformation email says 12:46 and they say 1:45 whos lying and why? I was perfectly happy playing L2 for free!

And to think I went through

And to think I went through all the trouble of getting the card and phoning him BEFORE reset so he could activate his account just for this event. I'm soooooooooo mad, that yes I think it may be time to leave Lineage for good. Wolveren was getting tired of Lin before this happened, and I was hoping this event would get him back into the game. Unfortunately NC has decided to play this game with him, so his return to Lin is unlikely. If he goes NC loses 3 accounts, cause I have no interest in playing a game he's not involved in, and neither will my son.

Roo, is there anyone else we can contact to look into this matter, or do we just have to accept this latest reply and let it go? If I hadn't gone through all the trouble I went through to get this time card and get Wolv's account reactivated before the reset I wouldn't be so bothered by this, but I did and I am. If this is NC's idea of customer support they need to review their way of doing business. Although I enjoy playing the game, I can see now why people leave it.
