First and foremost, this change is intended to correct an issue with NPC behavior, both with pets/tames/summons and Elven Forest Guardians. Second, the upcoming drop dispersal system is standard across all Lineage I territories; while up to this point we have deviated from this system in the US, continuing significant deviations such as this can cause issues with other aspects of the client and service, which we do try to keep to an absolute minimum.
That being said, we have requested from the Korean Development Team a special flag for our servers to bring the drop dispersal system back to as it exists now.
