According to Who Should I Contact?:
Format: Please be sure to include:
· Server
· Character Name(s) Involved
· Approximate Time(s)/Date(s) of Incident
· In-Game Monitor(s) Contacted (if applicable), including Time and Date
· Description of Incident
My suggestion is to implement a stamp that'll automatically appear on screenshots that indicates time, date, server, and /loc. That way, people don't have to remember the exact time something happened or write anything down and people can just send screenshots to support. Then the guys at NC can just use whatever cache data they have to just go through real quick to tell exactly what happened.

Well it'd have to be non-intrusive or folks would get annoyed at having text all over their pictures - perhaps a real-time location indicator could be added to the interface somewhere.
I'm not sure where i'd want the timestamp - but it's a good idea.
