You could say:
It's in Poisoned but not in Cure - because each of the first words can be followed by the word "Apple"... Pineapple, Toffee Apple, Cooking Apple, Poisoned Apple...
Sometimes the rule could be all of the first words start with the same letter - you just have to look for, and identify the pattern.
