Well a few days ago, I did this:

The first thing that came to greet me was a succubus - they're not too bad, and it's better now that I have my +6 HOM:R and my +7 CMOMR.... With the 4 puppies they were pretty much stun locked most of the time, so the damage I took wasn't enough to make me worry... Then his friend came along...
