US Lineage servers are currently offline.
It seems that following item was accidently published as a replacement for an already existing item.

I sincerely apologize for this goof, and can only offer that due to our recent and rapid changes we had some handoff issues. We'll do our best to make sure no one is negatively impacted by this and that everything is resolved in a fair manner.
On the plus side, you've all seen a peek at what we've got cooking--it'll be pretty neat when its done. When it's introduced it will be something that, while level restricted, won't be extremely rare and will be questable.
