Quests, Events and Boards downtime

So I wonder what impact the main boards being down will have on the quest/event getting published to the live servers. I infered that it could go live this week; but I figure the boards are monopolizing some man hours and making bug reporting for testers more difficult.

Here's hoping it was pretty much all lined up before they dropped the server hosting the boards.
