Anyone have a clear understanding of what effects the success rate of the new elf spells? Are things like erase, windshackle, entangle, earthbind all based on the same thing and if so what is it?
MR seems to have no impact on any of them. Level seems to have some. I thought it was related to the difference in level between the caster and castee, but that was proven untrue unless they behave differently in pvp compared to pvm.
