Guys, I wanted to add my old lineage accoutn to my PlayNC account which hasnt been played in over a year. I went through a lot of bullshit with the PlayNC support.. man are they annoying. Anyway.. i managed to get the password for my old account.. and now i have the serial code:
So, i go into playNC, go to add game then:
It asks for serial code.. i type it in accurately:
It asks for lineage acc/pass.. i type that in accurately:
And all i get is a message that says: "Please contact PlayNC for futher assistance:
I try and talk to them but get sent in loops. I dont understand what is going on.. can ANYONE help me.. or tell me what is going on? i just want to play lineage again lol..

i went through something similar when i tried to reinstate my old account. Since someone was trying to get it reinstated and had all the info, they put a temp-ban on the account... go figure.. after they did what they had to do, they forgot to lift the temp-ban. and when i went through it again, it was all good.
