As you're more than likely aware... NCsoft have announced that Ken Rauhel and Depardieu (and test) will be transitioned to the special US ruleset that's currently in-place on LoA.
Well.. What the heck does that mean ya'll ask. What IS the US ruleset all about? Well... It all started long ago when CaptSturm got bored during his lunchbreak... oh wait... no that's not it...
It all started long ago when NCsoft Austin decided they wanted to make a better New Player experience for the NA customers. They had some big ideas on what they wanted to do - and after some hard work, the "Lands Of Aden" server was launched.
Several years, and many many episodes later (well ok... about 6) many players have flocked from their homes on Ken & Dep to the lush green grass of LoA. Well FINALLY that lush green grass has started to sprout its roots on the "Lands" of Aden that are Ken & Dep - but the folks who play these 'mirror' servers don't know what the rules of LoA entail... So to help ya'll out, we're breaking down the "US Ruleset Change List" into manageable chunks for you to read without letting your heads explode.
We've taken the official LoA changelist docco's from the fabulous folks at Austin and have whacked it into a little booklet for ya'll to read at your own pace.
It is our hope that it'll be easier for you to digest in this form.
