How many dogs can Dark Elf have with their default Charisma (9 CHA)? The LineageDB site doesn't list any extra pet bonuses for Dark Elf and the formula is CHA / 6 + Bonus = Number of Pets.
Are they like Knights with no bonuses? But Knights have 12 default Charisma which gives them two dogs.
So are Dark Elves stuck with one dog or they have a hidden bonus that's not listed?
I'm sorry if this is such a newbie question. I'm not a Lineage player so I can't find out myself. I think it's kind of sad if Dark Elf only gets one dog at default.

i'd assume if no bonus is listed by now then the chances are that none exist.
Have you tried with a cha (+1) ammy and red knight cloak? (or cant they wear the cloak?)
It'd give you an idea if if you have ANY bonus at all...
If you don't it looks like you're stuck with just 1!
(If this makes no sence at all... it's 06.10 and i haven't slept yet - so i'll probably delete it later lol)

two pets
Dark Elfs can handle two pets.. even three, if you tame the last one. But you can only take two pets out of the Kennel. So it's like for knights.

Well, I trust Zaydee's experience with Dark Elves. (I've been a fan of both your blogs for months now.) Also, you misunderstand me, Roo. When I mean bonus, I don't mean any Charisma adding items. Each class has a pet bonus which adds an entire pet no matter how much the Charisma.
By default without adding any stats to Charisma...
Knight = 0 ((12 CHA / 6 = 2) + 0 = 2 Dogs)
Mage = 1 ((8 CHA / 6 = 1 [rounded down]) + 1 = 2 Dogs)
Royal = 1 ((13 CHA / 6 = 2 [rounded down]) + 1 = 3 Dogs)
Elf = 2 ((9 CHA / 6 = 1 [rounded down]) + 2 = 3 Dogs)
According to what Zaydee says...
Dark Elf = 1 ((9 CHA / 6 = 1 [rounded down]) + 1 = 2 Dogs)
The Stat section of LineageDB is slightly outdated and doesn't have much information on Dark Elves, so I wasn't surprised if they had a bonus.

My point was if your cha is 9 then cha / 6 is less than 2
IF there was a +1 or +2 bonus ie cha / 6 +2 then the charisma adding items would allow you to notice this.
for example 9 CHA / 6 = 1 (rounded down) + whatever bonus
10 CHA / 6 = 1 (rounded down) + whatever bonus
i guess it still makes no sence - and i SHOULD have delete the original post as I suggested lol.

Dark elves get two dogs with their starting charisma. It would be so much nicer if they had three, though. Taking a bow and dogs down to Silence Ground is an easy way to farm for brings.
