I'll give you the same answer as NCsoft if you want Uninstall the game and reinstall..........
Now that youve done that 20 times make sure your not behind a firewall.
I know I had that problem the first couple times I played if your using windows go to controll panel and go to WIndows Firewall then go to the exceptions tab and make sure that lineage is checked in the exceptions if this doesnt help make sure which ever firewall program your using is allowing Lineage to go through. If you've done all this or you don't have a firewall installed see step 1. :(

Check your router or cable/dsl modem! Some come with firewalls built in the system. Just to clear up if you are thinking about the computer firewall software and not the equipment itself!
