Hi everyone, I'm not exactly new to the game, as I played it about, what like a year and a half ago. Before, I had a lvl 30 Dex wind elf, and I'm gonna try again. Well, thats about it.

This charm teleports you to the 11th floor of the Tower of Insolence. This charm can only be used from a certain location on the first floor of the Tower of Insolence. Teleport Charms can be used multiple times, cannot be traded, dropped or stored, but can be deleted. **Upon double clicking the "Sealed TOI Teleport Charm", the charm will turn to a "Teleport Charm".**
