Question
How does cha work (on LoA if there's any difference between servers)?
Is it:
Normal: (cha/6)+1 = monsters/pets one can have
Dires: cha/6 = dires one can have
Or:
Normal: (cha+6)/6= monsters/pets one can have
Dires: (cha+6)/8 = dires one can have
Or some other way?
Answer
Well, we really had no clue about this, so we asked GM Abularkin, who told us: "To the best of our knowledge, CHA is a core game mechanic that cannot be changed. Thus, it works on the North American servers exactly as it does on the Korean servers."

The CHA/6 for dires doesnt
The CHA/6 for dires doesnt quite work.
12cha/6=2 dires, correct
18cha/6=3 dires, correct
24cha/6=4 dires, wrong
(24cha+6)=3.75 dires, so 3
for 1, 2, and 3 it does, but 4+ its off. its best to stick with (CHA+6)/8
