What are the odds for +6/7 with bzel from +5 ?

It explains nzel, but I can't see whether it states if chances for it to go to +6 and +7 are equal.

When you put a bzel on a +5 item that is safe to +4 then you have:
1/6 chance that it will go, and 5/6 chance that it will blow. Out of the chance that it will go, it is split 50/50 that it will go +6 or +7.

5/6 chance the item blows
1/12 chance it goes +1
1/12 chance it goes +2

If the item is safe to +6 and you use a bzel at +5, it has 50/50 chance that it will go +1 or +2. Sometimes it seems like it could be lower than that after you get 4 +1's in a row. Damn bscrolls!

There have also been rumors since bzels started dropping of +4 items going +7 and +6 items going +8. I'm not saying for sure that this is impossible, but I find it unusual that someone has yet to get a screen shot of the phenomena over the last 10 years. Sounds a lot like big foot to me. I don't think these people are lying... I just think odds are better that they were blowing a bunch of stuff and clicked on a different item from what they thought they did.
