Hi everyone,
I was thinking of coming back to Lineage. Its been about 2 and 1/2 years since I've played but I always seemed to have fun until the last weeks I played. I have a 48 elf on LOA and the reason I left was because of the rediculous amount of griefing and choamaking.
What I wanted to know is if any of that has changed much. I would love to get back into the action, but I dont wanna put up the $15 bucks just to be torn apart by greifers again.
I'd consider switching to Ken but I really liked how LOA played and have spent alot of time on my chars there.
Anyone with advice on whether I should stick with LOA, or roll up on Ken and deal with the Korean playstyle, or come back at all?

Cage - I was wondering how does siege take place in a non-PVP server if u cant fight. Is it tat u can duel n fight only in Combat zone?

I still think its worth coming back to lineage...
I have dim hope that things will get fixed, or atleast delivered a equal playing field...

There is no Korean playstyle
There is no Korean playstyle on the US servers anymore.
All servers now have the US-ruleset. Dep & Loa have identical playstyles whilst Ken offers a non-PVP environment.
LOA and Dep both still
LOA and Dep both still suffer from the chaomaking/griefing that you left to avoid. It is as bad now as ever.
If you do decide to return... Ken will have everything you loved about LOA, without all the annoying aspects of the exploitable pvp system. If all you would be leaving behind is a level 48 char, you will have that again in no time. Especially since no one will be trying to make you chao and take your items.
What ever you decide to do... Welcome back to Lineage.

I think the game is great and yes there are some issues, but I have been around for what 4 years!
The second I put any
The second I put any somewhat expensive gear on my mage, I stopped using pets and I'll not use summons except in safety/combat zones, because I just don't want to risk dropping anything. Chaomaking sucks :/

Whats the point in playing when you cant talk to most of the people and bots/hackers are always 1 step ahead of you and NC doesnt care a fu**ing s**t. im just to fed up...yawn

Soryy Valo!!! I wish there was something that we the ppl of KEN could do, but you are right about the BOTS always being ahead! They bot until level 52 - 55 and then they play! I think that is crap too!
Avragh - it is not boring playing on a non-PvP server. Right now during this xmas event you should not have to worry about dropping anything!
