I had OSA (obstruction sleep
I had OSA (obstruction sleep apnea) and a deveated septum. The cut the excess skin and the uvula out of my throat and then cut the middle inside wall of my nose and re-positioned it. I just started talking a week ago.

Now all I need to do is grab a USB headset, since my Macbook Pro doesn't have a 'mic in' and running TS on the PC while playing on the Mac bites.

It does have a built in mic,
It does have a built in mic, under the left speaker. Problem is, my Macbook's hooked up to a 24" LCD with the macbook off to my right, so the laptop lid is shut most of the time.
I actually picked up a Scada 500 Bluetooth wireless earpiece (meant for cell phones) yesterday, paired it with the Macbook (has built in bluetooth, wireless, all that jazz), and it works *perfect* for teamspeak.
I can have Teamspeak's in/out set to the earpiece, and the game/iTunes sound coming out of my speakers or heck, even plug in my iPod earbuds and just put one of them in the other ear if it's late at night.
