Goofing Around Here & There

I got a serious cold and am recovering slowly from last Sunday's snow storm. As if it wasn't bad enough; as I was walking down the stairs yesterday getting ready for work, I didn't notice the slippery stairs and half way down I fell and hurt my left thigh and back really bad. I've had some painkillers and now feeling better except that my left thigh still hurts a lot so I'll have to see the doctor next week when I'm off.

I currently don't have an internet connection as I use my Toshiba laptop to 'borrow' nearby connections to get online so playing Lineage this way is not a great way to start as I shoot really slow and KILL really slow. I hope I'll be able to get my own high speed connection soon.

It's not my first time playing Lineage on a Laptop so it wasn't so bad as I remember the first time when I was still at lv49 & 50 (oh that's when the wafer addiction started kicking in). I used to play on a laptop too. One reason I like about playing Lin on it is that the 'ctrl' is easily accessible when needed; especially when I constantly depend on it on south FI against Doppels. I try to avoid using the 'ctrl' on my 4 button mouse as much as possible since it saves me a lot of pressure and strains off my right thump.

With the sucky wireless connection I have not managed to gain much XP since I've been back but I managed to check out how the drops in some areas are like with LoA rules. Feels just like the days when they first came out ;p

Perhaps I'll stick around TOI 44F & 47F for awhile in search for a HoD to begin my next journey of crafting another kaiser xbow. With Elemental Falldown, Summon and a few triple shots are enough to take down an LD so I'll stick around for awhile ;p

Ahhh my old fairy friend; I have not seen her in ages and today I stopped by to talk to her and asked her to help me get the ori's required for ori arrows. That also reminds me of the old times at Orc Fortress when GM02 showed up to end FQ as it was going crazy killing all the players who came to pet it. I really miss GM02 as he used to appear around me a lot back then and we joked a lot even though I was just a fairly average new Elf on the server. I have stacked up more than 200,000 ori arrows. On Mainland I'll go full ori arrows and on FI I'll use a combination of ori (mithril and silver arrows obtained from my quivers) to last me over a week or two without going back to restock.
