How do I log a bug against test content?

Well, there are a couple of ways to do this... You can post to the official forum threads in the "In Testing" section on the Lineage.com forums, or you can file a bug report with playNC using the ask a question tab.

In the "Question" field, enter the information in the format shown below as this will help the support folk track down the problems. Please be advised that they will NOT always follow-up with troubleshooting as they are likely to forward reports for internal testing. You will NOT receive information about patches/fixes etc.

Brief Description of Bug:
The location indicator is missing

Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug:
1. Load Mac OS Test client and connect to the PTS.
2. Select a character and enter the game
3. Observe the missing location indicator in the bottom-right corner.

Expected non-bug results:
The client should display the name of the current map area in an appropriate colour to indicate the difficulty of that area.

Be sure to select "Lineage" and "Test Server" from the product fields, "Tech Support" from category, and "bug report" from the department list.

Enter the remaining details, your play NC account name, Lineage account name and your "test" characters name and press "submit".

Now read the information displayed, as they might already know about the issue. If you can see, from the information given, that you have spotted a "known issue", you do not need to continue. Otherwise, re-read the information and press the "yes, finish submitting my question" button.
