I was a little dissapointed with the new elf morphs. I thought there was a lot more promise on these just from what I'd seen on test, but when we got down to testing, it's little more than some new appearance options.
We tested shots per 15 seconds, casts of ebolt per 15 seconds and timed walk speeds between two points.
First Here are the new morphs and accompanying level:
level 40 Mountain Bandit
level 45 DE Ranger
Level 50 DE Guard
Here is what we found:
Walk Speeds
Unmorphed, the level 40 and the level 50 morphs all walk about the same speed.
The level 45 is notably slower but not unbearably slow.
Attack Speeds
Unmorphed and the level 40 both registered 19-20 shots in a 15 second period.
The level 45 and 50 morphs both registered 21 consistently in a 15 second period.
Cast speeds
All the morphs and elf without polly all did around 14 casts per second.
At the very least, we have an option now to get out of that green machine orc scout morph. The speed differences were not what I had hoped, but I suppose over the course of a hunt an extra 1 to 1.5 hits per 15 seconds with the two higher level morphs would add up.
Note: I did not test the self-cast speed for things like NB. It did not occur to me until I started typing this up. I have some other things to test and report here, but if I get a chance to come back to this I will do it and report back to you all.

According to the site, the lv50 DE Guard (Archer) morph walks slightly faster than the lv45 DE Ranger (90 cells per minute vs 80 cells), but the stun time (when you get hit) is a little bit longer for the level 50 morph.
The lv40 morph shoots 5 arrows less than the lv45 morph (per minute)
Just go there and check it out, although they might not be 100% accurate, but it's a reference :)

Also, keep in mind, testing was done on a Mac and the client does in general act a little more slowly than the PC client.

Both the 45 and 50 pollys are slightly faster attack speed than unmorphed elf. The 45 walks slightly slower, though.
