NCsoft have released a new installer for Lineage containing Episode 5 for both Mac and PC:

You should uninstall any previous versions of Lineage before reinstalling.
PC USERS: Please make sure to clear the contents of your Temp directory and uninstall any previous versions of Lineage before reinstalling; the default Lineage client unzip location for Windows is:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp
