Hello there lads and ladies. Recently i decided to return to the game because of the new episode to see how it is.
I clicked on the Re-activate link in my account on the NCSoft webbie and three days on im still waiting for it to activate.
Anyone else ever had problems like this?, I've contacted support and got nothing back, just "please wait for assistance" "We've moved your problem on to our Senior Customer Support Representatives" etc etc.
All i need is my account activated, i've checked with my credit card company and i've already been billed for re-activating the account, yet i still cant play.
Pain in the arse.
