For the most part unless something is over zel'd/dsi'd the formula for the price is:
Number of enchants * market price of enchant scroll (zel or dai) + Item cost = price
So the 6hbow would be: 6 * 60,000 (cost of Dai on LOA) + 0 (hbows are dropped on ground frequently on LOA) = 360,000
Where as 4 DF armor would be: 4 * 30,000 + 250,000 = 370,000
Now this is not a hard and fast rule but it should give you some idea of a starting price.
