How long does it take to re-activate an account?
I'm comming back to check out the new episode, i reactivated my account 3 days ago yet im still waiting for it to be officially activated by NC.
i've contacted support and they've been useless, saying to wait for a further update to your problem.
Any idea yourself?

Sometimes it's best to talk with them on the phone! You can contact the account support people on: 1-512-225-6359. Lines are open Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 9pm Central.

well new with game cards all it takes is to put the code of the came card to the plaync account and activate it...plus everything is based on plaync now so maybe ur problems is not having ur accounts on a plaync account maybe should ask for the serial code and make a plaync account with the code or if thats not the problem then i dunno what is...

I wait once before for an e-mial and out of curiosity I just logged in and it worked.

If you're having issues it's
If you're having issues it's probably not due to them validating your payment or them reactivating your account if it's up to three days. You should be able to play almost immediately. Just call their billing representatives 1pm - 6pm EST Monday - Friday. The guy who talked to be was really knoweldgable and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised.
