Where can i find them. DB says they spawn on the ground. Scar of lindivior? i know a bunch of mops drop them but they are very rare.

They randomly spawn on the ground all over Aden. Most commonly seen around the desert. (Probably just because this is where it is easiest to spot them, white circle on dirt...)
They also drop from a handful of monsters.

Yes you can get Dragon Scales from Gem gambling!
I am a gem gambling addict and I personnaly have gotten WDS,RDS, and GDS.
I used to think they came from the corresponing HQ Gem (wds=hqd,RDS=hqr, etc) but I do not think that is true. I got a GDS one time when I was gambling HQRs I think, so that part is up in the air. But I will say with certainty that you can get DS from gambling. :)

Steps are in the "Left corner of the Diamond" .. go to the bottom of the Diamond .. loop up into the long room right above you. the Gem Gamble guy is at the right end of that room (You'll see him through the wall as you round that corner and start down the hall.)

I have noticed that luck in this game revolves around one thing... Repetition... You want that rare drop, you have to kill the same monster over and over. You want that uber item from that boss, you have to camp that boss over and over. You want to reach high levels, you have to kill tons of monsters over and over.
All that matters is you have fun along the way =)

Only scale I got that way was a red dragon scale ages ago. The problem is that you cant beat people with radar to it.
