BTW, the other day I landed in town...was walking behind the pot store and saw a lot of eyes...and then a spart sprang up under my feet. Again, I don't care how many times people claim they can kill all the mops, not everyone cares and not everyone can. Pining in town is just silly, and people who do it to kill other people need to spend some time on a couch talking to a nice man about mommy and daddy or whatever their real problem is.

Um I think you're missing the
Um I think you're missing the point Pockets. On a PvP server up front you're agreeing to that you can be killed at almost any point, for any reason at all. It levels the playing field. On a non PvP server, using pines to kill people who are AKF are, in my opinion, using an exploit to kill people who have no means to defend themselves. There's no way someone who is afk at a dwarf can defend themselves. It's a totally unfair fight(sic).
I'm trying to see how you could extrapolate from that situation to a PvP server.

What gets me still is that NC stated clearly in their Q & A's with Account Support that BOTH Pledge Houses and Inns were designated safe areas!

happened in Oren last night ~ Appleseede got it stopped eventually, but it really is wrong as a mage was killed (miniDork i think) This guy was just pining away with upto 4elders walking around.
