Well, that all depends on what Karma you're asking about.
If you're asking how to get Karma here on the LineageOne website then the answer is that for every post and contribution you make, your karma is automatically increased.
If you are asking how to get Karma in-game then the answer's a little more complicated... To gain karma in-game you can go to the Temple of Shadows and Kill Priests & Followers of Chaos. There are other ways, but that should get you started :)
