Same as I said last time would it be possible to add +4 Mp regain for the Dark elfs? I can handle the loss of MR and some AC but I can not handle the loss of MP regain on top of that. Do not get me wrong the +2 wisdom will have no affect on any de that has not added 3 to wisdom ( unless they are wisdom DE's) So they would need a base of 13 wisdom for the +2 wisdom to help them at all. With that in mind that stat means nothing. The +2 dex is great as it is.

I will have to keep my +7 S-Cloak For the 15 % MR and the +4 mp regen so I can keep a good hunting up. Even with out using Double break my mp still goes down on a blue.

More Magic Resistance is needed on these cloaks, even for the to be considered usable over b-comr's..although mage cloak seem to be the best out of any of them. Fancy cloak of freedom for knight...6MR? just wondering what you thought 6MR would actually do, not a whole lot, remember MR is pretty much the most important thing in the game now, way more AC I'm sure everyone else would agree with me if i said bump down the HP regen on cloaks and increase MR, or take away carrying capacity and substitute 20-25MR.

Lets put this in to perspective, on the Christmas event you added a ring that did 30MR, but you weren't willing to bump up MR resistance on ALL (not just knight) cloaks to at least 20-25? for shame!

How about +4 AC to all cloaks and then 25MR on top of that. That will take care of the MR issues (if any event related mop has magic attack that is decent dmg then MR will be a must.

For Knight Might be good to give them more HP. not regen due to they are mostly over weight when they hunt so it does not help. it may sound a lot but why not 100hp? Change the Haste to Brave effect for them (only). haste is easy to carry but Braves are a pain.

The 2 wisdom will give you mp regen with a blue since it is based on the amount of wisdom you have above 10.

That said, Fracas ... if it were up to me I would make the following changes to balance the cloaks.

Knights ... add 25 MR (I know some have asked for just 20). For me, the event cloak should not require you to give up something you probably already have, especially when it is as important as MR. Make these to where you get the added bonuses with at least the same MR as a +7 Cloak of Magic Resistance.

Dark elf ... Add 3 mp regen (you are getting at least one from the wisdom already) and 15 mr to give them the bonuses without giving up what they have in their silver cloak.

Mage ... Consider adding 15 MR so it's at least as good for bosses as a silver cloak. This is not crucial, however, the wisdom is going to add MR for most mages.

Elf ... Add 15 MR to match that of silver cloak or put a couple of wisdom on it to have the same effect (with buffs running)

Royal ... Add 20 MR (they don't need as much as knights because if they are level 45 they have the MR buff).

I agree 100% with the issue on MR. We NEED +20-30mr on these cloaks. If you don't put that kind of mr on these things, many many people will just remove their cloaks and put on a regular old BCoMR. PLEASE add 20-30MR to EVERY cloak.

If Fancy Cloak of Freedom for DE was a regular item on lineage, I don't think I would even bother using it. MP Regen for DE is a must have. I would rather just wear my silver cloak that gives slight MR but acceptable mp regen.

Will we be doing all this work to get these cloaks only to have them dissapear after event? I have been reading everyones info & have not found anywhere that says if we keep them.

Since the AC isnt that great for the DE cloak.. it would only be fair that we get a good poly (death knight) to help stun lock the monsters, thus compensating for the ac loss.. or maybe the DE brave candy hehehe

oooooo another cloak event.... nothing like reusing old ideas over and over and over(can't you guys even come up with new names for them at least), why don't we throw in extra drops and exp while we are at it so the bots will come back and swamp the server and make the event non-playabe. As with fine NC Shaft history I'm sure they will mess it up somehow and have to reset the sever an hour into the event so that no one will get anything good. It stands as testiment on a companies commitment to a product when they can't even keep the main web page updated on a regular basis.

Sorry, I know this might not be the right place to leave comment about event but I don't have a board account and I'm not sure the email is being checked cause I'm not getting any replies. I've been hearing several people complaining about Mambo Rabbit and its effect from event.. Mambo Rabbit is dropping way too much Mambo Sets/Elemental Gloves/Daggers, that many are worried Elemental Graveyard will become another deserted places to hunt. The fact is people don't overenchant Mambo sets.. therefore it remains in game like the rings. Mambo set was the sole purpose for many boss hunters to hunt Mambo Rabbit as it is a big price item 60m+.

I think Mambo Rabbit was added cause of the rabbit theme but I wish a different type of bosses would have been selected. I recommend some new bosses like Chaos or Death and maybe somewhat older yet still fun Tarak. They all drop items that perishes over time due to enchanting. And they give good karma which a lot of people have requested before.
