Can the "Dragons" shed more scales?

Is there anyway to get more dragons scales on the servers? the price is so high on the scales rds gds range around 5-6m a piece thats alot to make the dragon armors before it was only like 2-4m each big price upage on these scales even tho they are used to craft rare items and such but can we get alittle more (talking about the LoA/Dep side with mops dropping scales)

And its not like I aint offering a good price either. I had more scales going into the event than I got out of it.

I was buying gds for 3-3.5

But RDS prices did come down from 6-6.5 to 4.5-5.
