Baltuzar can be found on the 3rd or 4th floors of the mainland dungeon following Caspa in search of Orim by order of Hardin to kill the betrayer.
You will hear Baltuzar yell out to Orim: Where are you! Orim, the betrayer!
Baltuzar uses the Eruption spell to inflict damage to opponents, damage depending on the targets Magic Resistance.

I responded on your other thread, but yes it is possible. You have to retrieve your old account. I will try and get you the information you need, but I have to wait for response from NC on it, as I forgot how.
Starting a new account will not have your old characters on it, but you can retrieve your old account.
