Seeing how the Current Effect for KillGlance isnt updated, I thought id share the info..
It basically allows you to cast 2mp heals for the regular 4mp lesser heal. Meaning! your mp just doubled v.v

The ring is nice right now. I think it also effects 'heal' spell mp costs also? Not just 'lesser heal'

I have only tested on Lesser Heal, I am not sure if it has an effect on "heal" I will check it out in just a few minutes.

I just tested it it also affects the "heal" spell as well. If you already have 18 int it only saves you 1 mp on the lesser heals, as you get a int bonus already for a deduction on the cost of that spell.

No, I am pretty sure that is not correct. Level 1 spells have no mp reduction from int. Only spells above level 1.
