Prominence and SK8 mentioned all con (base stats) so I am here to ask a few more questions to see where I stand in my opinions. (Honestly wanna know if I am wrong)
A little background to explain where I am coming from:
Started playing lineage in the end of 1999 with a dex elf made him all the way to 50 years later way back in the day when NB (water) was insane, quit playing awile and deleted elf when i came back he had HORRIBLE rolls on hp/mp.
Came back to the game about 2 months ago made a mage currently 48 all spells except destroy/meteor so far fairly decently geared already.
I currently also have a 49 Con Elf and a 40 Int Elf, I like them both equally cause the Int Elf i fight more like a mage instead of a Elf and it suits me better.
My argument is I am gonna go 55+ but not sure if I am gonna go to 60+ like stated in another post I am liking the whole Int thing with b2s/vt and it does not work no where near as well on my Con elf as it does for the Int elf. I like the extra HP but my items make up for it and i under stand 100% that those same items on my Con elf add that much more.
I would be happy to play a Con elf and add to Int BUT I wanna know the community's opinion on it reason being is I know a Int elf on LOA im sure you all know him he does VERY well in terms of boss drops from Con Elf's and Knights so I was thinking that was a better route to go in the beggining but if i am wrong PLEASE help me see the light....
Thanks Folks your help is greatly appreciatted.
Thanks,.......

Just add int after 50 with
Just add int after 50 with ur con elf and u will want to lvl past 55 for more int :D
I know of a few elves that
I know of a few elves that started CON, added a bit to dex, then started adding to INT, INT started having an effect on some of the elf spells as well, including natures blessing!
i think u should max out dex
i think u should max out dex to 18 first for the ac bonus then continue adding to int after ur satisfied i think u should get ur wisdom to 23 with the clear mind spell for really high mr
i also prefer adding dex
i also prefer adding dex first thats what my friend Gideonscross and Merryxmas did and they haven't regretted it.. Gideons started adding Int recently and it has helped, but the extra ac has saved his life in many fights since Dep went to LoA rulesset
higher AC helped with
higher AC helped with avoiding getting hit, not the way your making it sound. Soft AC never factored in pvp.
I would start con. Then add
I would start con. Then add whichever stat you want passed 50. You wont be able to hunt like an int elf until you add your int tho. If you just want to run around b2s/vt for ever, then you will have to start int as a con elf cant do it. But if you really plan on going the distance, con is the only way to go, and customize passed that.

I see the point now it is a
I see the point now it is a better idea to go full Con then add to int later what do you guys think about the following examples.
I was thinking of adding my points as folowed please feel free to critique.
Elf staring stats are"
STR-11
DEX-12
CON-12
WIS-12
CHA-9
INT-12
Now my Con knight is 18Con/13Dex, and i though abbout adding my points as followed, please assist in this and tell me if this sounds right?
51- INT
52- INT
53- INT
54- INT
55- INT
56- INT
18Con and Int so far....
57- DEX
58- DEX
59- DEX
60- DEX
61- DEX
18 Con/Dex and int here, and this is where I get confused, is there any need for elves to have over 18 Int? if so i will add the remainder of the points as far as I level into Int till 25, no point in ading more Con now and I use sword so more dex dont help with AC but does to hit int makes my spells stronger which is something I wnt or I can add to Wis for MR or Str since i use sowrd what do you suggest after level 61?
Thanks and yes i know it is a LONG way away but knowing a game plan is half the battle...
I honestly think i will add to int till 25 after I get to 18 con/dex/int but wanna her the comunities outlook on this?
Sounds like you got a good
Sounds like you got a good plan.
Yes, it does help to add passed 18int. Every int passed will increase your spell strength.
The only reason to add dex in my opinion is if you plan on maintaining your ability to be an elf, and use a bow. The AC bonus from dex is very nice, but I wouldnt make that the soul purpose of adding to 18 dex. With the type of build you intend (int elf with good hp,) It really seems to me that wis may be a better investment than the dex. Unless of course you want to be an 'elf', in which case add the dex.
So my suggestion...
If you intention is a VTing B2Sing int elf, go int to 18 then wis to 18, then add ur dex. (Adding the wis early will give you more MP in the long run)
If you want to maintain the ability to do normal elf things (shoot a bow) then add the dex first and then do the wis after. If you make it that far... I would do Int after wis. But thats like level 70+...
The level 61 elf in your example would be one fantastic elf. NB's over 200-250hp...

Thanks prominence, I think I
Thanks prominence, I think I am gonna go Magic/Fire,Sword and bow as a last resort...
So I was thinking exactly what you said about Wis for Mp and MR but I was also thinking if I am 18 Con/Int wouldnt it be better to go to 25 Int with 18 con?
If not I can add to Int till 18 then to whatever I choose but I honestly thought about going 25 Int and 18 con that would be one strong elf.....
Thanks again...
That would work very well
That would work very well also.
Elves are such highly customizable characters. The most customizable in my opinion.
Got Blog?
You would start as 18con
You would start as 18con base and add int (starting at lvl 51) till 25 int(Max)
by the time u max it out ull be around 65.
and if u plan to go higher maybe mix in a few dex to at least 18dex to get the ac bonus.
Just depends what you want first.. ac or int.
dex also helps wit melee hit and bow dmge/hit, so in the end its up to you on what you would prefer.
