Windows doesn't work without a BIOS (which mac's do not have).
You'd need to install a 3rd party BIOS emulator. These tools are shipping with the next release of Mac OS X (Leopard) - but a beta is currently available.

Cosa don't get anouther pc its not worth it. Macs are great in every single way and out perform pc in every single way. Plus you get the hip factor in there. Start out small and get a mac mini and see how ya like it. I bet you'll never turn on your pc again.
