Illusion Items disappear after 5 real-world hours OR after a restart. They also have no safe-enchant limit.

No, "seals" are normal event
No, "seals" are normal event items that will not disappear on logout. They will, however, disappear at the end of the event.

My guess is the shield is NC's way of "balancing" things out.

Got the rings tried hunting chests for an evening...not much luck other than the seals. Off to TOI I go!
well i tested the bow and i
well i tested the bow and i likeded it i was dealing 100-120 with 1 TA not to bad if i do say so. mops that were usually able to hit me a few times didnt get the chance. i liked that saved me on some pots LOL.

Did anyone here actually use the illusion items? For me the event was mostly "usual hunting + rush of seeing a treasure chest every once in awhile".
I blew a few just to see
I blew a few just to see what I could make. I didnt waste much money, as it is nothing more than a waste. Didnt use any.
I used the seals, they rocked. But my usual hunting spots had no booty. So I was torn between chasing booty and competing with tons of other people for it, or using the seals to level. I balanced the two, and luckily located a very good spot for Booty early on in the event. When the spot got too crowded, I moved on to just leveling.

nope i never even knew where to BUY the items...
it was usual hunting and rush to find the booty..which i SUCKED at...
I ran around in goat one day for 2 hours and only got 5

but my lil mage was lucky she got a bsom and to lvl 40 thanks to the items..
and I found more booty just hunting in owl then I ever did when I went looking for chests..
sorry but the idea of spending money on something I couldnt keep...well sounded pretty lame to me cause im a poor newb...sorda a newb ..ok not a newb really but poor
