First and foremost, I kind of want to make a party mage that can Buff, Heal, and Assist my allies in battle without actually having to use Attacking Spells which wastes mana. So I decided I wanted to have as much Charisma as I can possibly recieve, base Wisdom, and with my remaining item slots that are empty I would replace them with Mana Regeneration Items or Items that just give Mana.
My end result was:
Cloaks:Cloak Of Sea:1 Cha
Body Armor:Mambo Body:2 Cha
Boot:Sandals of the Dark Elder:25 Mp, and +5 Mp Regeneration
Glove:Gloves of the Fire Spirit:1 Str 4 Fire Magical Resistance, and 1 Mp Regeneration
Helmet:Mambo Hat:1 Cha
Rings:2 Ring of the Bright King:6 Cha
Amulet:Amulet of Iris:3 Cha
Shield:Crystal Ball of Magic:100 Mp 1 Int
Elixirs:5 Charisma Elixir:5 Cha
Weapon:Jet Black Crystal:2 Cha
Shirt:T-shirt
Belt:Shining Belt of the Mind:50 Mana, and 1 Mp Regeneration
Base Stats:18 Wisdom, 18 Charisma, 8 Strength, 7 Dex, 12 Int, and 12 Constitution.
Additional 6 Charisma for just being a character.

My characters total stats would be:
44 Cha, 18 Wis, 9 Strength, 7 Dexerity, 13 Intelligence, and 12 Consititution.
My characters additional Mana/Mana Regeneration would be:
125 Mana, and 7 Mana Regeneration.
Now after saying all of that, my build is to either summon 5 Dire Wolves Episode 5, or summon 7 Normal monsters to fight with my party, while Healing and Buffing random strangers or party members to assist them.
My question to all the people reading this is, which would help my party better, 5 Dire Wolves which can deal damage quite fast or have 7 Normal monsters constantly Flinching the opponent so no one gets hits very frequently.
I am very sorry if I have wasted a post or your time, but I would greatly appreciate it if someone could comment and let me know if my build is worthless and I put a shame to veteran players on Lineage or if it is feasable. Also I am only a level 24 Mage named Astagyous in Ken Rauhel, if you could possibily sell me the Spellbook Summon Monster and give me the amount it costs to buy a Ring of Summons Control, I will greatly appreciate it.

First and foremost an ingenious idea you just conjured up. Personal opinion and others may not agree is.
1. Purely going char will take you almost forever to lvl.
2. Your con lvl is so low as a mage mops will kill you easily
3. During sieges unless you're healing outside siege zones you'll be a sitting duck for high level elves that will keep you with ease due to low hp
4. I can understand how much 5 dire wolves can hurt on 1 player but then again back to point 1 as well as in sieges summons get killed regardless of quantity are you going to re-summon and haste them. Would you have time in the chaos?
5. Without money from hunting and lvling fast how are you going to afford all the items listed above?
I'm not discouraging you if that's your grand plan. I think it's superbly fantastic idea if you play 16 hours day, are patient and have great amt of luck to get those drops that cost millions with your setup.

Whoa, I was offline for quite a bit, I don't plan on doing sieges not with this character, this guy is only for boss hunting and regular hunting. I am sorry if you thought I was going to siege and this was my main character. As for the mage mop that will kill me, I am hoping the monster will attack the 5-7 summons, and or the party because I am obviously not attacking it except for an e bolt ^_^ Thanks for the comment though. Oh and I will probably switch to 18 Con, and 18 Cha ^_^ if you think monsters will kill me before they attack the person attacking them first. Also ._. if it makes you feel better, this guy will be a test subject and he can just farm 1 million a day in golds and emeralds in the desert until I can afford my set ^_^ personally, I just want the more CHA, rather then the other garbage.

Go for a balance of wis/con/char if you need the summons to help you hunt I have a char mage that has a good balance of wis and con, I think it's 16wis/16con/12char if I recall correctly. Still quite effective and if you have other items to add to your char it ultimately would not compromise con.

:[ Considering me a bot... you could always go find me in the desert and talk to me, ill reply back always, and I will assure you I am not a bot. Just don't whisper me and expect an answer. Besides I have been waiting to play lineage for less then a decade now and when I finally get to, summer is almost over. Besides -.- It is sooo annoying to have attack spells, the way I figure it:
I would hunt constantly with my 5-7 summons instead of going back to town to regernate mana and then going back out to mass lure and do AoE damage. :[ Also farming the desert is good money, my wolfies kill everything there quickly except for the basilisk which kills them first.
Btw :o if anyone could give me an estimate of all of those items that add cha up there, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well just incase that you ever do play I will provide some insight on some of those cha items and a few of the other ones that you plan to utilize. The dark elder sandals became a little more available due to the boss event we had not too long ago, although, their rarity and price now have quickly sky rocketed because many mages want to use this item. The Ring of the Bright Knight, I have not really heard of any of them or ever saw one personally. I am unaware of the actual rarity of this item but I would think it is pretty rare and would be very expensive regardless. The Amulet of Iris is also another very rare item. The price of this item is very high as well. A beast summoner ammy provides only 2 cha but is also considerably cheaper in comparison. Now probably the 5 things to ever get. 5 of any elixir is nearly impossible without spending probably YEARS there hunting DI day in and day out. I think one would have a better chance getting struck by lighting more than once than getting 5 of the same elixir. Anyhow, good luck with everything!

No matter what type of mage
No matter what type of mage you want, start Wis/Con and then add your stats at 51+.
If you want a char mage that can summon cougar, then do this... Its your best bet. (Other char mage builds have HUGE downfalls including the HP of a level 15 knight)
18con/wis 16int base... Add Int at 51 52 53 54 (I cant remember if its stop at 55 or 54) then add Charisma to 25base. This will give you good HP, good MP, good spell strength and TU for leveling, and still give you as much charisma and summons as you want.

One of the things i noticed
One of the things i noticed in party with high cha mages is that their summons get in the way of melee chars frequently. Its hard to manouver thru 5 dires or 7 other mops.
the above char will be great at high level but a little frustrating in the beginning. remember to be a big buffer youll need to carry more equip, mana and mg's ect. so youll need to be patient with the game.
