First at all...I have to say I'm not a racialism, not even to Korean people.
Just in case what I'm going to say below's gonna make someone THINK too much.
Last night, when I was hunting in Kent, I saw 2 bots..well...as usual...the regulars.
I've seen them for over months now.
I've /accuse on them for so many times, but somehow I give up on trying.
Most of the Korean bots have monitors watching them, so when the GM msg them, they can reply back.
My pledgemate cames and told me that one of the bot will attack back if u attack him.
Since we're so BORED and have nothing to do, we decided to attack one of the bot and see what will happened.
And, YES, the bot attack back and start drinking lots potions.
All the sudden, the bot monitor came and start attacking us.
We left and went back to the bot and start to attacking the bot again and the monitor came right away.
Appeared right next to his bot! wow...so accurated!
He F words me first then start to attacking me.
So...I decided to announce him on the global, "so, XXX, u're the bot monitor, eh?"
I dont know if he knows that I'm doing that, but he's talking to me in weird characters.
Since his F word got filtered by the game, I guess he's swearing at me in Korean...hahaha
I tried to post it on the global, but I guess the game filtered it too.
I stood there and waiting for him to kill me and turn him into chaotic, I guess he knows and stopped.
He left and there's a Death Knight came, cancel me and my pledgemate and dark blinding us.
But, just no attack...I guess he doesnt want to turn into chao...haha
And...yes, he's talking to us in Korean...and even typing in "vcaffjlkjowerjo"...something like that.
oh well...since that pledge's soooooooooooo bonded together, why not give them a credit on the blobal again!! haha
So...I did, I said "oh yeah...XXX, u're the bot babysitter 2?"
Somehow, I think someone told them what I'm doing that, so they left.
Damn...no fun! hahaha

I really dont understand WHY NC's having so much trouble catching those Korean bots?
If a monitor's willing to following them for couple mins, they will find a solid evidence that they're such a cheater! Why bother to use software to detect them? since software CANT even help. I still see those stupid bots walking around. Botting at night and playing when they're awake. And what did they do most of time? attacking innocent people, and tell them to go away this is their hunting area! How rude!! This is NOT fair at all! I'm requesting to have a fair game environment, Fracas!!
I can accept them botting to get their lvls BUT not being so greedy, selfish and savage.
I just dont like those handicapped people who's too lazy to use their own hands!
and since they're making my game life so hard...I'm just gonna quit my hunting and start bugging them bad! :P

What exactly is the point in having a program play for you? Do they sell adena online or something?
People sell adena for rl
People sell adena for rl cash. save it for their main char, or use botting to level a character faster than its possible for a person can do for themselves.
I have heard rumors of people having multiple computers in a room running lineage bots and them monitoring the computers for wispers and other activity.
There is one program that i know of that someone tried to get me to use that they said makes another char follow you around and helps you. something like that.
People want things faster and easier. its a mirror of life.

I too have given up on reporting bots. /accuse is such a waste of time, and if NC was SERIOUS about getting rid of BOTS, all they need do is examine a week's worth of game logs...what character is on when and doing what. It should be pretty obvious that anyone who is on 24/7 from update to update, and HUNTING the entire time (not in store mode) is either a bot or a shared account, both of which are violations of TOS.

Most bots out there are
Most bots out there are there to support another account/character. Imagine if you could hunt Dark Elfs, DVC 3f,4f,5f,6f, SKT 4f, MLC 5f,6f - 24 hours a day, all week long! You'll get tons of adena, zels,dais and some of the rare items too. Or you can do the level 15, 30, 45 quests.
All you have to do then is to drop the stuff to the ground and pick it up with your main character, delete the bot/account and start a new bot account with a 15 days Game Time Card....
Your bot may get banned but who cares!
NC should ban the main accounts, those who profit of the bots.

I have /accused bots, I have dragged mops on bots to kill them or make the venz, I have mapled or tried to maple bots, I have reported "stuck" bots, I have had monitors random tele bots that just return to the same spot and are logged off only to return within 10 mins......
I have never had a bot fight back..... that totally sucks and is wrong on so many levels.....
If a company can make a game with so many intricate parts, why can't they do something about the bot programs?

I don't see how NC doesn't see this as a problem. These bot farm adena and items and flood the market with them causing a complete disruption to game economics. It's ridiculous to allow it to continue practically unhindered.
I have also had people

Tell me where the spots are we can attack them at. ost bots are in caves, and in areas where they cant be attacked. But I owuld love to put some pain on there days. I usually spend a few minutes here or there killing their kills and trying to get their drops. saves me a few pots here and there.

But somehow, I realized that they usually have 2 bots helping each other.
One will clear everything, one will attack certain mops.

He's poly into a DK, and somehow I think the cheat program helps him attack faster

There are few in slience ground~~~that's right...slienced ground...the low lev darkelf hunting area..^^; A knight with a very bad name and a bow was there..HE was hunting ORC ZOMBIES AND SKELETON ONLY NOT orc Fighters...I see him chased by 5 orc fighters and he kept running around attacking orc zombies ignoring those orc fighters, everytime he stops, to attack those zombies, there are always a group of orc fighters hitting him as well....and those orc fighters are on his tail for almost 30mins already...T.T Found that to be very interesting....Sorry for my very bad english...
Few weeks ago I saw a stuck
Few weeks ago I saw a stuck bot in dvc1. It was trapped in a corner by a spartoi. It just sit there getting wacked at by the spartoi and endlessly casted heal/b2s. So I just /accuse and went on my way. After hunting in dvc6 for about an hour. Took a lil break. Decided to head back down. As I was passing DVC1, I saw the same bot trapped in the corner by the spartoi. So I did /who MonitorXX til I find one. I told the monitor I found a bot in DVC1. Monitor said "ok thanks, you can go back to your regular gaming now". So I thought to myself. wow this is new, quick actions by NC? Since when? So I went down to dvc6 and hunted some more. Took another break. Went back to dvc1 and guess what I found. That stupid bot still trapped in the same corner by the spartoi. NC you suck!
