Screen Shot Submission Error

I recieved this error when I tried to submit a screenshot....
But, the picture showed up and said it was created....
just wondering what all this meant.

You CAN NOT submit bitmaps (BMP) they are NOT web-friendly.

Please make sure that any screen-shots you post are in jpeg or png format.
