Roo, I added Midwest because there are those of us who don't live on either coast or in the southern US. :)
I guess it's for those of us who lie west of the original 13 states and east of the Rockies, north of the Mason-Dixon line, but not close enough to Canada to be considered "Northern US".

I still don't know how to answer this! LOL! South? Midwest? Atlantic Coast? Depends who you talk to...Huntington, WV is south of the Mason-Dixon, and was ORIGINALLY part of one of the 13 colonies (pre-Civil War). It's been a long standing debate amongst everyone from educators to sociologists to cartographers. South? No, not really....we are more or less due west of Washington, D.C. Midwest, well, I think of Chicago, corn or wheat when I think of the Midwest. That's not us, either, and since we haven't had Atlantic coastline since 1863 when Virginia left us (lol), we are no longer East Coast.
I usually opt for "none of the above".

Hehe its alright. I just love the SNOW, it is so pretty. I love the winter time with the cold and having to have a fire to keep warm. It just gives a warm cozy feeling, and being able to cuddle in the winter time is just AWESOMEEEEE. Now I am not a fan of ice, but give me the snow! I looked at buying one of those home made snow makers to make snow when it is actually cold enough around here lol. For us a bad winter is a snow storm that dumps like 2 feet of snow on us. We have not had one of those winters in so longgg. I want another white christmas!!

West coast US for me, I love lving in California. Glad I'm still not stationed on the east coast, westside!!! Just so you guys know, I was born in California and lived here most of my life so I'm not just adopting it.
