Must be at least level 20 to receive treats from the "Treater" or interact with the "Trader"
Players level 20 - 39 will receive copper pumpkins which contain 10 treat tokens and 1 elixir token
Players level 40-49 will receive silver pumpkins which contain 15 treat tokens and 1 elixir token
Players level 50+ will receive gold pumpkins which contain 20 treat tokens and 1 elixir token

I think this event is quite
I think this event is quite good for some reasons, but has some downsides.
It is good in my opinion because people get an elixir for free and are all happy, despite it is not such a big difference. It also adds tshirts which are in use on korean servers, so I can only assume they're somewhat balanced. It also gives people an opportunity to get 'new' items that they missed out on such as the earring.
However, I do have a problem with a few things:
- If you want any item that you missed out on you have to take crappy tshirts or give up your elixir.
- I think trading the elixir should be for a boost in exp, not just for items. If I had used 5 elixirs, and got some more tshirts instead of an elixir (which in average takes a long time to get), I'd be a bit unhappy about that trade.
- Worst of all, this is terrible for all the people who turn up later. You think missing the earrings as a mage was annoying? Well, just imagine starting to play a game where everyone have 1 free stat point plus awesome shirts, and you have no ability to get the shirt and you just have to hunt for the elixir (which you can probably not do too well at 45, the level when the others drank theirs).
I would actually have preferred that the letters of darkness were untradable and could be exchanged in for tokens (needing huge amounts of letters for each). Could either hand them in to get tshirt tokens, past event item tokens, or special elixir token (special elixir only allowed to drink one of those.. wouldn't penalise those who had had their 5 normal ones either).
Yes, this is not an event where you are rewarded for playing lots. But it's probably the event that it would be absolutely worst to miss. I don't know how it can be compensated for. The earrings, IT ring etc you can do the same event for. People who have them won't gain an unfair advantage. But you can't let everyone repeat the elixir event later (because then those who have 1 more will continue to have 1 more), and letting everyone repeat tshirt part is not as bad but still means those who didn't miss the first one are likely to have far better shirts.
So what to do? Add it as a permanent part of the "Ivory tower newbie thing"-quest, minus the tradeable items? Put a banner up "welcome new players, everyone else have a huge advantage over you just because we threw an event that gave huge rewards for no work, and won't be repeated for you!"?

Tokens, elixirs and doublets (shirts) cannot be traded or stored. Same goes for the earrings. The other items can be traded (just as they can now), I believe.
