Is Vigor set worth it?

As the subject states:

Is the Vigor set worth it?

I am using BOS, Orc Ammy, and ROWs. I do have two of the three Vigor Set pieces (ring and ammy), but is it worth it?

You already have the most

You will lose 10 MP and 20 HP from what you are currently wearing, but you will gain 3 mp regen and 5 hp regen as well as 3 ac. Also, if you added wisdom with your extra point at creation and/or with the elixir, you will get a nice magic resistance boost from the set.
